City Engineer, City of Plymouth

The City of Plymouth is seeking applications for our open City Engineer position. The right candidate must have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and Indiana Professional Engineering license or currently working towards such. The City Engineer will work directly for the Mayor. Must be able to work independently under strict state and federal deadlines. To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function of the position satisfactorily. The right candidate must meet an extended list of criteria, such as bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and Indiana Professional Engineer license; ten (10) years of previous experience preferred. Familiarity with the City of Plymouth is a plus; must be 21 years of age; ability to meet all Departmental hiring requirements, including passage of a drug test and medical exam; and ability to obtain and maintain a Indiana Department of Transportation – ‘Employee in Responsible Charge’ Certification.

Town Marshal (Police Chief), Town of Yorktown

The Town of Yorktown is seeking an experienced law enforcement professional to provide leadership in the full-time position of Marshal (Police Chief). This position is responsible for supervisory law enforcement duties, including organizing and directing the administrative and operations activities of the Police Department. Accounting Specialist, Town of Zionsville

The Town of Zionsville is searching for an Accounting Specialist to work under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, and with a minimum of direction and oversight, this position performs administrative functions in support of the Department of Finance and Records. Natural Resources Technician, Parks, Town of Brownsburg

The Natural Resources Technician Parks is responsible for maintaining, repairing, constructing, and restoring natural resources. This includes, but is not limited to, performing maintenance work in District land and open space areas such as trail brushing, clearing downed trees, and erosion control. And, maintains and constructs drainage systems, trail bridges, culverts, fences, gates, turf lawns, and open spaces. Education and/or Experience: Associate’s Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two year college or technical school in ornamental horticulture, natural resources, parks administration, or other related field; and three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Previous experience working in municipal government is preferred. This position is full-time, FLSA nonexempt, with an hourly wage between $20 – $22.

Supervisor – Operations (Water Treatment), City of South Bend

The Supervisor for Water Treatment Operations supervises water treatment plants using ground water and treat so that it is safe to drink and meet all Safe Water Drinking Act standards. This process includes filtering; disinfecting; balancing the chemistry, taste and odor; and testing for microorganisms. Because these functions occur 24 hours a day, a plant supervisor/operator must sometimes work night shifts. This position requires 24 hour on-call for emergencies and also includes an on-call rotation.

Chief Administration Officer (Director of Central Services), City of South Bend
