Welcome to the future of the municipal story.

Across Indiana, cities and towns are taking innovative approaches to improving local quality of life. They’re building and nurturing quality places where top companies want to locate or expand their operations, and where the best and brightest workers want to live and raise their families.

From Michigan City to Jeffersonville, inspiring stories are taking shape. Aim wants to ensure that these fresh and compelling stories are being told. That’s why we have an Innovations Content Manager who works to identify and share information about these stories of municipal progress.

Networking

Aim is all about building relationships. That’s why we host a variety of events across the state that bring people together to network and discuss the issues that are shaping Indiana.

Corporate Members
We realize that moving municipalities forward isn’t something that Aim can do alone. That’s why we partner in our efforts with a wide range of businesses, agencies, nonprofits and other organizations. These experts in municipal government, called Aim Corporate Members, are an active segment of our membership. They work closely with us to ensure their expertise is maximized for the benefit of all our members.

Our focus: Quality places and effective governance

Aim will work closely with legislators on key initiatives that will empower Indiana cities and towns. Our legislative priorities focus on nurturing Indiana communities by enhancing infrastructure, funding and healthcare; and finding ways to make government work better for the benefit of all Hoosiers.
