Town Manager, Town of Hamilton

The Hamilton Town Council is seeking a dynamic and proven municipal leader to serve as the Town Manager. The Town Manager is responsible for the efficient management and operation of the affairs of the Town, including but not limited to, grant administration, budget preparation, administration of Town policies and procedures, and maintaining departmental efficiency. The Town Manager is an executive position performing professional, administrative, technical, and supervisory duties working in coordination with the Council, and controls the day-to-day operations of the Town.

Director of Planning and Zoning Services, Town of Bargersville

The Director of Planning and Zoning Services directs the day-to-day operations of the Planning and Zoning Department. This role manages a team that supports the critical growth of the town. City Manager, City of Steubenville, Ohio

The City of Steubenville is seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to serve as City Manager following the retirement of the current City Manager in 2026. Steubenville operates under a council–manager form of government, in which the City Manager serves as the chief administrative and executive officer of the City, responsible for the day-to-day operations and administration of municipal affairs.
The City Manager is appointed by City Council, which consists of seven members (Council at Large and six ward representatives), and serves at the pleasure of Council by majority vote.

Town Manager, Town of Avilla

The Town of Avilla is seeking applicants for the position of Town Manager. The Town of Avilla is a growing community North of the City of Fort Wayne and has a population of approximately 2500 people. The Town has a strong industrial sector and several new development projects, including new single-family subdivisions, historic downtown renovations and has just completed a new industrial park. The Park Department is making plans for improvements to the community park and Restore Avilla, an affiliate of Indiana Main Street, has completed several projects, including a mural project, to enhance the downtown.

District Administrator, Muncie Sanitary District

The Muncie Sanitary District is seeking an experienced and collaborative District Administrator to lead a well-run, financially stable public utility serving the Muncie community. This executive role oversees day-to-day operations, staff leadership, budgeting, capital planning, and regulatory compliance for a multi-department sanitary and wastewater organization with a AAA bond rating and an annual budget of approximately $39.5 million.

The Administrator will partner closely with the Board of Sanitary Commissioners to guide major capital investments, succession planning, and long-term strategic initiatives while serving as a visible and trusted representative of the District.

GIS Coordinator, City of Franklin

The City of Franklin is currently accepting application for the newly created position of GIS Coordinator. The GIS Coordinator is responsible for the creation, design, implementation and maintenance of the City’s Enterprise Geographic Information system (GIS). Lab Technician/Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator – Wastewater Department, Town of Yorktown

Yorktown is seeking a Lab Technician/Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator to collect wastewater samples throughout the treatment process under general supervision. These samples will either be tested as grab or composited for analysis. Various tests will be performed to ensure proper water treatment. This position requires attention to detail, proper lab practices, and ability to work independently. Performs occasional semi-skilled and manual labor tasks associated with the operation and maintenance of a wastewater treatment plant and splash pad.
