Updated Handbook on Indiana’s Public Access Laws

The Office of the Indiana Public Access Counselor publishes the Handbook on Indiana’s Public Access Laws.  It was recently updated in January 2017.  The handbook includes an overview of the Open Door Law and Access to Public Records Act, along with the public agency’s responsibilities.
