McDonald’s Owners Chip and Katie Kenworthy Honor McDonald’s Alumnus and Tell City Mayor Chris Cail for his Professional Accomplishments
Cail was presented with a McDonald’s Letterman Jacket as former McDonald’s crew member and part of the 1 in 8 people who have worked under the golden arches.
TELL CITY, IN — Tell City McDonald’s owners surprised former McDonald’s crew member and Tell City Mayor Chris Cail with a limited-edition McDonald’s letterman jacket to celebrate his professional accomplishments since working under the Golden Arches. Cail is part of 1 in 8 Americans who have had the experience of working at a McDonald’s restaurants.
Whether their career continued within the Golden Arches or beyond, McDonald’s is celebrating both former and current crew members who make up the diverse community of McDonald’s alumni.
“Chris is a shining example of how a foundation under the Golden Arches prepare our crew members for their dream career,” said Katie Kenworthy, local McDonald’s Owner/Operator. “His professional success and contributions to the community are something to be celebrated.”
Cail was born and raised in Perry County and was just reelected for his second term as Tell City Mayor. Before his professional career began, he spent several years as a crew member under the Golden arches in Tell City from 1999-2011.
As a lifelong McDonald’s fan, Cail visits McDonald’s nearly every day for his McDonald’s favorites –a Dr. Pepper and a Big Mac. He is also an avid McDonald’s collector and his extensive memorabilia includes McDonald’s Playland items, some from the original Tell City restaurant.
Cail says he was very surprised to be honored.
